Recent History
For an overview of the past two years at Fridley Covenant Church, please see our Recent History page.

Founding
Fridley Covenant Church (originally named Community Covenant Church) had its beginning when members of Salem Covenant Church in Minneapolis moved to Fridley and felt the need of a nearby Covenant church. On Sunday, May 15, 1955, the first Sunday School session and Morning Worship service were held in the old Hayes School, which is still standing on Mississippi St. in Fridley.
